I meant just a start. The ONLY people who should receive some wealth redistribution are the truly disabled. And even that would not be necessary if they did not thieve from everyone with illegal taxation. There are enough people who would take care of those in need.
But then, that removes the true motive of all big gov't. It's not to take care of the needy and help things. It's about power, control, and living like kings. In other words, total corruption and psychopaths.
