Draconian? It ain't even close. Let's cut out ALL aid for illegals to start. Zip. Nada. If you are not a complete citizen . . . no food stamps, no education, no housing, no medical care. And birthing a baby in America grants you NOTHING if you are not already a complete citizen. How about a logical, national, retail sales tax and abolish the IRS? Logical, so won't happen.
