imo, he's just an old man who's name is smeared all over the dozens of shells he and Jan play with.

Control the vote, control the company and iEquity(Hipple/Jan/Choo)clearly controls the vote.

If investors don't realize that, the only other conclusion is that the "dream team" allowed their shareholders to "acquire" a "company" that didn't exist until after the "huge acquisition news" in March.

Guessing since Jan split Fla. they miss each other?

They clearly stay in touch, they clearly still "work" together as evidenced by iEquity, registered in California and then registered in Florida using AEGY as the registered agent, funny stuff.
