Yes, it must be the 1for 2, but I believe he arrives at the $0.055 this way...

0.117 euro is $0.15 US or $0.075 per KABX share minus the approximate share price of $0.02 equals $0.055. Of course everyone's true value gained (or lost) will depend on their purchase price.

I like the way he's already setting it up to decide that it's not in the best interest of shareholders. I'd be shocked if they went through with it since the whole thing is bogus IMO.
