Didn't you read it? They are mining gold in 90 days! PM's in the ground worth $Billions, however GDSM cannot get funding to keep their website functional! And the Audited Financials are just weeks away over 9 MONTHS AGO! MERGERS AND JV'S about to be signed within a week, over two years ago!
Oh, and the A/S was increased a FULL YEAR before GDSM let their shareholders know about it! And there are no less than 295MM shares MISSING from their Financial Statements! GDSM has NOT filed a Corporate Tax Return in FOUR YEARS! Wonder why?
