And let's say as gandalf said $27 was a realistic future possibility...I'd reckon before that happened there'd be an all cash transaction n it'd be a whole new set of shareholders who'd benefit from that price.

I can't believe though that Pincus would bring him in if he thought there'd be any chance of him doing that, and wouldn't Pincus have to agree to it either way? Unless he was party to all this and brought him in to clean things up for such a deal!!
