look for the SEC to suspend the AVTC stock for 10 days, then for AVTC to trade in the greysheets

look for the SEC and DOJ to issue fraud charges against AVTC, its officers/directors, its consultants, related parties and promoters

AVTC will eventually have to declare bankruptcy and close down

AVT has been here for over 10 years and they'll be around for many more..

Well, I only show their chart going back to 5/12, but nonetheless, if they've been around for over 10 years and are only trading in the $2 range, I would say they haven't shown much progress or potential for future growth.
Since I buy stocks either looking for dividend income or growth or both, this stock no longer qualifies as either.
For the life of me, I can't fathom why an honest investor would totally ignore information within the company's financials that might be troublesome. Can you?
