I think they are ignoring it because they are personally invested and are just 'hoping' the company can get away with blatant dishonesty in their past while still executing on the future. One of the tenants of successful investing is that you are really investing in management, and its integrity.
I expect this of JoeSmith who is either very naive, very lazy, or very biased/compromised. I don't expect it of Bobwin's, who from what I've seen in the past is level-headed and finds good value.
I should just leave this stock and not worry about it. And so....I will. Bye.
