I think your theory is very true. Manipulating the price down scares other investors into selling, further driving the stock down.
Most rich people are ruthless. Look what happened to breadwinner jobs in North America. All gone because the wealthy want more and more. Millions and Billions for the 1% and two bucks a day for the rest. Nothing Free in Free Trade. Just snake oil for the masses.
Who knows ??? Maybe this unnamed "investor" has been naked shorting the piss out of JBI to bankrupt us. He would make a fortune and then receive the technology for free with his liquidation rights.
