#3649 RE: IWillBeSpokenOf #3648

What's the matter with you people? Does stealing $25 million only warrant being called 'sub-par'? Those who have ignored this glaring fact must have a reason. Yet no one has dared to explain themselves. Is it ok to align oneself with a cheater?

This theft (my opinion) is easily unearthed. I've explained it a number of times here now. The 2 million preferred shares converted at 6 common for 1 preferred PRIOR to the common splits. But POST splits they still convert at 6 to 1 even though they(the preferred) were not split. This is easily verified in the 10Ks filed for years prior to and after the splits.

Since the common split reverse 1 for 10 and forward 2 for 1, this means the preferred magically by omission was 'adjusted' in effect by a magnification of 5 times. The preferred by all ethical measures should have converted also by 1 for 5, to 400,000 shares! Since they weren't, INSTANT WEALTH was created for the preferred share owner of some 1.6 million preferred shares which can convert to 9.6 common. At some $2.5 a share, that's almost $25 million dollars GIVEN to the owner -- which just happens to be the CEO's father!

Does no one here understand how wrong that is?
