As always, nobody knows or owns anything but the insiders. Kennay will come out fine, having kept the money everybody spent buying the stock he and the gang were selling. It shouldn't surprise anybody that the BVIG stock KATX was supposed to get at the spinoff just "disappeared." And when the shell is sold, he will still keep maybe 20% of it as a "bonus." Shareholders other than insiders will get zip. That's just what people should expect when they buy and hold pink stocks. Anybody who doesn't know that by now had better learn it.
