MJNA trumpeted it, and shareholders still believe it

The reason the LOC came up is because when MJNA issued the PR in Aug, 2012 announcing the never consummated $2M LOC, many shareholders believed that it was a "done deal", and some still believe that to this day.

Some also believe that the $15M LOC also went through.
