If there's really a buy-out in play... then i have no problem with impatient people selling me cheaper shares. I'll keep adding.

For all that do not understand the ceo's predictament. The SEC forbids him from disclosing any info. related to his companies business dealings when talks of a sale are commencing. This protects the investors from a ceo spreading fraudulent rumors that drastically affect a companies stock and creating further volitility in the market place. It is known as a gag order. I know most everyone is already familiar with this concept, but the impatience here compelled me to post it.
