Lets take it up one more step, shale we?

never-mind the fact of toxic lending,, bad debt, attempting to rip off Indonesian rights to loans,, but to product..

let's just view the theft topic?

lets say that Conman somehow figured out the formula?

1st off that's theft, but even if con-man was to get away with that?

All the money spent for product approval,, all the certifications, all that romping around the whole country as a hero want-to-be, (crappy salesman),,

All spent for NOT!!

even if he COPIED the fire juice and manufactures it him self.., ECOB is screwed!

Certifications are not for a copy,, regulations do not include copy,, fake, BS,, they are solely based on the Indonesian product..

If con-man was to copy the fire juice formula,, the company is kaput!

Liability factor will skyrocket, faster than a bullet, sound, beyond the speed of light..

DEAD!

I can shred apart the past on Ecob as well but I'm really more concerned about the future of the company.

If Eco continues expansion into Home Depot 10-20-200-1900 stores dont you think maybe some new financings will be available somewhere between store 20-50 stores... or do you think Redwood will remain there only option?

Massive dilution-bankrupt!!!

and all that type of discussion on the heels of one of the largest possible penny stock deals I have seen in a long time? no reason for Home Depot to bring Eco on for a short period of time and no reason they cant continue expansion into more and more stores and the few million in liabilities could begin to look very small once this becomes a nationwide company that can see a small chunk of a huge lumber market
