THE PROOF is obvious. In the "pudding" of sales of worthless products, which does not exist nearly enough to supply much more than one or two months worth of running money.

When the only successful product were the shares, themselves.

And the efforts of MP to obtain a PIPE loan when the PP buyers quit on him and Griffin.

Even now, running on money provided by the LUBBOCK BUNCH...first in a phony sale of a fake distributorship and now for who knows what reason.

Really, you have Cdex followers that agree with you? Hum, the vote was taken just a few months ago, and the vote was not close, and many more agreed with me than with you. A voting fact.

One can rest assured that some shareholders will make things happen if proper management or other disruptive and harmful actions happen at Cdex's expense.

That is what shareholders have the right to do in a public company. There is a well defined track record on Loch/Cdex and how shareholders will react to mistakes made. Another well known and well written bit of history.

Mp did not pick Mr Brumfield, any reference to the contrary is a reference made in 100% darkness.

The rolling up of the sleeves absolutely does fit the team at Cdex. A very true statement.
