Actually I don't see a link. I got that information from TH_Stockhunter #1607. Now that I look more closely the post is clearly doctored. Look at the dates. Today October 4, 2013 and filed in July 2012!

Isn't there some rules against doing this?

Private citizen, George Sharp announced today, that an October 4, 2013 hearing has been scheduled to enter damages after Premier Brands, Inc. (OTCBB:BRND) was found guilty of participating in a spam email Pump and Dump campaign.
Mr. Sharp has identified the defendant as allegedly being involved in a scheme to disseminate spam emails in order to create a marketplace for the stock of that company at artificially high prices. The Complaint was filed by George Sharp in the San Diego County Division of California Superior C (Case No. 37-2012-00101057-CU-NP-CTL) on July 23, 2012.
