He is a scam artist who files lawsuits against penny stock companies, in the hopes that they settle out of court with him. He then uses the settlement money to file more lawsuits...this is how he funds his life rather than getting a job or learning how to invest. He subscribes to a service that allows him to write and distribute press releases...meaning the so called news mentioning his lawsuits, was written by none other than he himself. He is pretty much hated (except for a handful of people who like to short the companies he tries running this scam on) and it's surprising he is not in jail or somewhere in a ditch :)
