If Nicaragua is telling the truth, it means that Maxam has to have some amount of gold. It was part of the deal in the joint venture with Pembina Limitada. Whether it's just over 40,000 dollars worth, or half a million worth, it's still gold, and it proves that Maxam is a legitimate pink sheet company. If that is the case, then a mild R/S might be in order, as 7 billion shares is a lot, but everyone who was dedicated and loyal should be well in to the green.
