I take it you didn't buy their last quarter numbers with the "we made an operating profit but it's gone due to a one time stock based compensation expense to a consultant" ?

I'd be satisfied with it if I had better details on what the consultant did.

I am not satisfied with this:

The main reason for this increase in G&A is the two consulting contracts of GRQ and Melechdavid. These contracts, categorized in the table below as professional fees, were entered into by the Company to promote the growth and expansion necessary to expand and raise capital and repay the previous existing debt by which the Company was encumbered.
