The only way to increase share price with so many OS's is a buyback or RS. If the PPS rises then the warrant holders are happy but a buyback is more expensive. If the price stays low the buyback is easy but the holders aren't happy. Which group do you think the company cares about? You guys that are buying now are financing the company. I've never seen a company do right by the initial shareholders unless they have "Microsoft" like profits. I'm a buyer but only after the RS and AUDITED financials.
Im not sure how you know who that particular order was from, and all I was stating was that I saw a million share order pass through on L2. Im long here, so I don't plan on selling for years unless something unexpected happens.
