According to the company it's a c class shareholder converting. But I find it interesting that the company is still so excited about all the events and progress but aren't worried about the pps. In fact on the phone calls, the pr's, and Fb himr has consistently said that shareholders should greatly benefit as long as they met their marks which they have so far. Ir has suggested a couple of times that traders may be surprised at how low the share structure could be within the 4th quarter. They obviously imo have had a plan in place within their business plan for the share structure should everything they planned on come to fruition.
