considering the type of industry this is, not to mention anything involving government to get where the company needs to be is a normally a pretty big window, never expect the proverbial red tape to go at your preferred pace, they tend to do as they please when they please! LOL
I don't have a problem with it being more than 5 years, for green energy, this is still not a well known and trusted industry as of yet although it is getting there, and I expect that to take some time, but it will get there I have no doubt.
