Care to post a single occurance in which that has happened? Not a single security to date has been "lifted" due to such a process. In fact there are many false statements in that message, plenty of OTCQB and OTCQX securities have been chilled and to this date recieve DWAC Chills which are not published in Notices. The DTCC doesnt meet with issuers and they certainly do not require the SEC to weigh in on the "chill" process as it has nothing to do with regulatory actions.
In fact it is quite the story he has written, but that is all.. a story... Now of course if they were to file a registration filing and the required audited Form 10 could it result in the chill being removed? Yes, it could certainly result in the chill being removed due to the registration process, but they havent done a single thing to show they are becoming fully reporting here.
