My understanding is Nick wants to partner up with this competitor and make the patent Snorenz global faster along with some of the other products MDIN has. He mention the revenue could be 5 times as much as before. This would put MDIN at around 100 million a quarter.

Yes, it makes sense, because MDIN has the patent, so they're in the position of strength.
