You have that correct - straight from the T/A reporting another increase in the RFMK O/S upwards IMO of another 150,000,000 - 250,000,000 shares of this DILUTED process that Tom started back in Feb 2012.

After all whats another 3,000,000,000 shares of dilution? All the $$$$ feed right back to the choosen RFMK few - certainly not the RFMK shareholders.
