I think they were just getting rid of some shares. They weren't disposing of their whole position. They owned a total of 40 million shares and sold like .04 percent of it. They still own 39 million shares of RXII befor this event on Friday!

Although the sales were a puny % of their total holdings, it does make you think why they would sell just a few days before a big analyst and investor conference. Bashers are getting a lot of ammo on the Yahoo finance message board.
I still have faith in the company though, the management, and the path that their research has taken so far. Maybe the sellers just needed some cash. If they really wanted to abandon ship before bad news, they would sell a lot more of their stake I guess.
Friday will be interesting. I hope its good news for us all.
