There is no date limit for these patent cases although 6 weeks appears to be the mean. I follow the court Web Site and there seem to be about 1/3 of the cases that still date back to 2011 and 2012. However, the DECN case was accepted by the court on an emergency basis and the Patent Court has already set aside all of the former California judge's rulings pending the new higher court ruling. This lack of anything on the table to deal with has created a vacuum. So, since nature abhors a vacuum I would venture to say that we are very close to a ruling
