So they told us they failed in their financing as reason they failed to deliver the CE in 2010 when they initially trolled it out?

They told us Q3 2010, and ever since it's been always round the corner, imo nothing more than a tool to inflate pps to dilute stock....which they have done mercilessly.

Now 851,000,000 of 950,000,000. IMO AS must increase in short order.
