Agree. From what BCSC told me was it was completely volunteer. The cease trade order was in place and they were preventing him from trading so there wasn't anything else they needed to do.
Now that both parties have agreed what is to be done, it's up to Penstock to get it done in order for something to get going publicly again. And we all know that's where the big money is
