I'm also convinced that the reason for all the bills showing up
now is the regained profitability... as always they try to create facts
(or in other words: a new status quo) that will be hard to revert!

And guess what their next problem will be: At the time FnF have paid
the amount of money they drew from the GOV it will get even harder
to wind down/dismantle or whatever they are planning to do with FnF
then! That's why they are in a hurry now... they try to put
"old wine in new skins" which doesn't change much but brings them
(and their buddies) some nice $$$!

I REALLY REALLY hope they don't succeed this time!

Not only for all ppl long in this stock but also for everyone that
thinks that politicians made the whole economy to some kind of
self-service outlet and in fact only care about their income in
future!

Just having read how Paulson told some hedge funds about the
imminent takeover ~6 weeks before says it all!
