Group8 Minerals | First Liberty Power Corp

First Liberty Power Corp agreed to acquire an 81% interest in Group8 Minerals, a mineral mining company, from Group8 Mining Innovations, for $3.088 million. The consideration was to consist of $0.1 million and the issuance of 83 million Group8 common shares valued at $2.988 million. The shares were valued based on First's closing stock price of $0.036 on Aug. 27 2012, the last full trading day prior to the announcement.
