That's wrong Frank, they probably got their shares at .0002.

The Company continues to have the right, subject to the consent of YA Global, to pay all or any portion of the payments listed above in common stock, with the conversion price to be used to determine the number of shares being equal to the lowest closing bid price of the Company’s common stock during the 20 trading days prior to the payment date. The amount applied as a payment on the note and accrued interest will be adjusted to the value of the actual proceeds from the sale of the stock by YA Global, less costs associated with the sale.

Assuming that WAS another YAG dump today.. I'm still holding on long-term, win or lose. At least until the next 10-Q rolls out

Lastly, some people with less knowledge keep insisting that CIRC will do reverse split. But Reverse Split can not happened if you read through the condition YAG and CIRC made on agreement.

Due to CIRC pays YAG with converted shares monthly at 0.0010 per share, CIRC can not process reverse split which against the regulation of sanction 37.1b in 'Stock Converted Shares Agreement'.

Anyway, CIRC will never reverse split and after they finishes with YAG, CIRC will shoot this up and price will bounce up very high.

Until then, CIRC would not care about price right now.
Because it is meaningless to shoot this price up because of YAG with being paid by converted shares monthly at 0.0010 per share.

And because YAG agreed and is being paid by converted shares at 0.0010 per share, they would never sell shares below 0.0004.

So, the answer for what should we do right now?
It is as simple as this,

Load as many as possible at this low level of price, and patiently wait until CIRC finishes paying with YAG.

I won't call the man brilliant, but not smart either. He had years to turn this precious gem into a brilliant cut diamond, but he try to us a jack hammer instead of another diamond to cut the stone. Having you heard if you want a fine cut diamond, you will need another diamond to cut the beautiful fine shape of the diamond. Meaning Cirtran and PlayBev when they first got the contract to produce PBED they should have lobby for money from investors. (I'am not talking about shareholders with common shares)but investors with deep pockets for "MEDIA ADVERTISEMENT" such as television and radio, that would've reach a hugh number of viewers and possible an un-numbered clientel. Cirtran definitely could have been place in the market on the same level with Redbull, Monster and 5 hour, but instead they used mediocre advertisement and stuff their and their families purses and wallets with the profits.

I had never heard of PBED, not until I found it on the microstock research page. I listen to many different radio stations and watch a lots of tv, and not once did I heard the name of PBED. The leader drop the ball on this one. The majority of that money they made off the shareholders and sales should had went to advertising and an excellent sales team.
