You live in Belize- contacting Belize Gov.
should answer if TECO has anounced a Declaration
of Commercial Oil and asked for a Appraisal Program.
Belize should be willing to say what TECO alleges they
have found. Yes, Belize has not anounced that TECO found
Commercial Oil however, Belize can say if they have
been notified by TECO. If TECO has made the notification
to Belize my money will be to invest more in TECO. TECO
will never again make a false claim to the Stock Holders regarding
a Commercial oil find in Belize for this would sink the ship.

It will be more than difficult for Treaty to make a credible estimate of the size of any find because they have no 3D Seismic in Belize. Any find would simply be a swag by Treaty, IMO.

Who figures this out, "oil - which is economic to extract"?

It changes with the price of oil and I don't have any idea what it's cost to bring to market from that location.
