I try not to believe anything unless there are facts to back it up. At the moment, the only fact I have is what Matthew D. McGill, one of the six Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher lawyers, said when he was interviewed on CNBC this morning. He indicated that they were prepared to go the Supreme Court vs. the Treasury (- FHFA) since they anticipated that the US Government would fight hard to keep the flow of billions by holding tight to the 3rd Amendment. He is closer to the case than anyone outside of it.
