Wish I knew exactly what it means but YES my concerns as well.
I have continued to buy and hope that doesn't prove fruitless.

But now YES I HAVE MY CONCERNS HERE most def.................

The good part is though that I am not the only one and I am not talking retail,talking large blocks , always been a fan of the theory FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tok, for what it is worth, I have watched the MM's keep this stock in the nine penny to twelve penny range for a long time even when ninety percent of the trades were buys. They do this by taking the "ask" price lower than what they just sold the last sale plus using very little "sells" to bring the price down or hold it in a range.

There is very good speculation as to why they are doing this. If they were not doing this, I have no doubts this stock would be in the neighborhood of forty five pennies to one hundred pennies. The speculation is if there has been some sort of settlement involving a ratio with First Citizens who received the "spoils", it needs to stay in a range that agrees with the settlement and ratio of FC to UWBKQ stock. To me, I understand this and it does have some merit IMHO.

Of course, another reason is if this stock traded to where it should, there would be all kind of UNWANTED attention and there is nothing but collusion, conflict of interest, corruption, illegal seizure of a solvent bank and much more. Between this one and WaMu, there needs to be a movie depicting the actual Criminals and their real names along with the KNOWN facts and this would make history in the amount of money the movie would .make. Key points are the truth which will probably NEVER be told!
