LOL...this thing ran to 3.50 and then dropped to current levels, but on no news at all. Lets wait and see. This thing can run all day on ACTUAL news.

I'm calling $2.75 before markman hearing in August.

I never complain about being green as opposed to being red, but I will freely admit that I will be supremely disappointed if the sp only hit 2.75 in anticipation of the Markman.

Granted, similar to snowflakes, no two IP plays are ever exactly alike; however, pre-Markman runups have been remarkably homogenous in nature, and if DSS' runup simply behaves along the lines of merely the average of what the VRNG, PRKR, and WDDD runups did during their pre-Markman runs, then I would expect DSS' sp to hit somewhere between 5.25-6.15. Obviously, no predictions being made here, but just sayin'...

And also, FYI, in case any new visitors are reading these posts, the Markman is scheduled for 10/2/13, and NOT anytime in August.
