A few notes from CC prior to questions:

- no meaningful impact on 3 rejected proposals

- 46M outstanding shares
- 7.1M in escrow
- 3.4M warrants issued

- reverse merger: irrelevant now, only if price < $2 prior to merger 'no minimum stock price requirement for continued listing' need > $6M equity, > $50M market cap, > 1.1M publicly held shares. 'comfortably above all of these thresholds'

- 2c warrant: same net result as preferred shares (not counted in market cap)

- escrow shares: 7M shares subject to cancellation

- 'financial shareholders' no long term interest, dumping... 'suffering is the operative word'

Fagenson has opinions on share drop

Ronaldi talks about structure and "full" pipeline of opportunities to purchase operating IP.

Since SA author Kim was on call I would expect a SA article coming up soon.
