Have a look at the screenshot below. Notice the "coming soon" T-shirt in the middle of the bottom row? It never came. Care to guess why? I doubt there was a lawsuit, but I'm pretty sure J-Lo's people contacted management and politely suggested that even though they had paid for a product placement in her video, that didn't entitle them to co-opt the title of the song/video for use on their T-shirts. It disappeared rather soon after it appeared.
Perhaps the product placement agreement included permission to reprint and use a still photo from the video for promotional purposes, because it does appear on some of BBDA's promo materials. It might be interesting and informative to keep an eye on where it is and is not used.
