That is my estimation from the feedback that IR has given...that the 10K and 10Q were both being worked on simultaneously, and the 10Q will follow shortly after the 10K...was expecting it last week, but obviously with the holiday and slow Friday, does not make sense to release it then. So my guess is early this week, since KCSA is itching to get going.
As I said, the financing is the elephant in the room though...we need to see that approved...if so, this is blasting off big time.
