Yes it is a possible interpretation. It's your right and perogative to disagree.
I must say though, it's far from being pulled out of thin air as you suggested.
As a matter of fact, looking at both scenarios, the buyout/ merger seems more likely to me.
Too many coincidences IMHO and I seriously disagree that GDGI had their fins done due to a major sale.

In fact that is totally irrelavent, but I do like the fact you mentioned that we expect to have news of that as well!!!!
