shareholders of record is not shareholders, but rather shareholders that we issued shares to and still have them. Shareholders that bought in the open market is a much larger number, but not a number that we keep or our transfer agent keeps.

O.K. was 64 at that time and then Shareholders of Record 67 a/o Aug 05, 2013 ... why have ya not updated the http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/company-info site with the new numbers since August 05, 2013 ? :-D ... even if have issued shares to more people and others also have sold etc... the numbers have not been updated in a long time now ;-)
