Well I knew about the involuntary BK a long time ago and was surprised to see that it had taken so much time for it to finally put the Q at the end of the cusip.

I believe that they have taken the company private and that is how they are operating at the present time. I think that they are getting their stuff made in China if they are selling anything at all. Not real sure about this since I don't keep up with them at all anymore.
