Are we seriously discussing a broken trade at .15c? It's no conspiracy. It's not manipulation. It was a bad trade. A buy is also a sell. Someone lost 3k, someone gained 3k. The trade was broken ie it never happened!! Move on to the next topic

MM don't pay a cent for those paint jobs. They simply swap hands which cost them nothing. Call a broker or someone with knowledge and ask them. No Broker in the works will pay 56000% more for a stock that is not moving and the ask is sitting at 0.0003 PERIOD

One more important thing. Offshore account orders gets reported as a T trade not as a normal day trade
