Insiders buy can also be done under 10b5-1 (see also OPK):

And i followed many bio's and where ever insiders sold before the company was making money, it look bad on the company and it's stock price.

If Wotton think ATRS will be making money next year, he can sell to cover tax liability on the options or grant, keep holding most of his shares and set the 10b5-1 AFTER the company start to make money.

By selling now he shows he don't really care about shareholders, but personal gains (he know he will get more shares and options).

I think he is doing his job very well and deserve to be compensated for that, but he also have high ego that can impact his decisions (IMO).

Bottom line, I think my price targets are very realistic based on the above....
