You are correct, except please note that only one person who posted on this board - a non-regular who I expect won't return (we will not get into why) - made predictions about the future of the investigation. I merely posted that BIZM provides an opportunity on post halt day 1; this is a fact that all experienced OTC traders are aware of. It is obviously a high-risk play with a potential for a large gain or loss, and should only be attempted by those who understand how post halt day 1 typically trades. If you read the intro I wrote to this board, you will know what I think about the intrinsic value/nature of all promoted OTC tickers - I am just a day trader; I don't pretend these scams have real value or that I know how the SEC will proceed in investigating them.
