Are you opposing a jump start for the company? Marketing themselves and giving themselves a jumpstart in the mobile industry sounds like good business to me. If I was in McFaddens position I would be doing the same thing for my company. Every true businessman knows, it takes money to make money, and I see McFadden very well understands that concept.
He doesn't need hard cash for a promo. promos are often done in exchange for shares. Perhaps a large block of the 40 mil. ?
But based on the filing it clearly states that pbcw as a company will receive nothing from those shares, only the owners. So, is he willing to sacrifice personal gain by using some of the 40 mil on a promo?
