I think you're missing the point. If United wins, the floodgates for future litigation will be a burden on the court system and Treasury. The FDIC MUST make this go away quietly into the night and it appears that a settlement is in fact the route which they have agreed to embark upon. With that said, it only takes 1MM shares bouncing back and forth keeping UWBKQ out of the sight of major investors.
On the other hand, you and might be on the same page. There is no conspiracy, just compensated manipulation with an end to this nightmare within reach.
