This is good new for BIZM! BIZM was NOT named and the company did NOT dump or sell stock.

Wrong! A company is the only entity that can issuing shares...they are the only ones that can instruct a Transfer Agent on who to issue shares to and whether or not they are to be restricted. Stock promoters, funders or individual shareholders do not have any responsibility for 'issuing' shares.

When the SEC halted the trading of Biozoom stock, they 'named' the company.
They have not indicted nor exonerated anyone yet, as this is an ongoing investigation.

Please stop trying to further mislead shareholders. They've been mislead enough already IMO.
