That would be called dilution. If that were the case then the volume would not be as low as it is. Dumping shares as fast as they cam print them? That would be DDSI a few weeks back. 125 million + in volume per day for weeks and the pps drops. You can't even make good FUD. HISC is not cash starved. You are one of the most inept bashers to date.

OT: Why is your DOR under investigation by the SEC for their filing practices? They have a very short time to regain compliance or be booted from the exchange. You invested in that one while claiming not to understand their business. Sounds like a really intelligent investor.

novicetrader, I have a small position in DOR, got in after their DOW announcement. Don't really understand that biz and plan to sell on any news spike. Also watch INSM moves, but haven't "played" that one at all yet...it seems to be a buy when it approaches a buck...

SVL worth a look?? Recently Amex listed, looks undervalued even at $3.18....PE 5.17?? Large debt, but that's due to being in real estate, IMO. Earnings growth looks good, but I don't know much about their biz.... Heavier than usual volume which company responded to as not knowing why.....

Jagman........

lol, is that all you got!

you said - "WOW!!!! Then why is this stock only 5 cents!!!!!"

>>>>>>> well, IMO there are lots of reasons for this, but mainly it's because we're still on the pinks (soon to change), and people are impatient.

you said - "Is it because they are dumping shares as fast as they can print 'em?????"

>>>>>>>> I dont believe so, but if they are raising funds to help with ActSoft aquisition I would not call it dilution, but rather smart business. Dilution implies devaluing your shares but that is not the case if the funds are used in aquiring a highly profitable and growth-oriented business such as ActSoft.
