Chag, I havne't personally talked to FDA. But I have read (and posted here) numerous warning letters the FDA has sent to companies for doing exactly that. I've also read (and posted here) the specific regulations that govern this process.

There might be some distinction or exemption in the FDA dietary supplement regulations for vitamins that allows your product to do that. But I know based on the regulations that FUSE cannot. The warning letters I've read also involved products that were not solely vitamins.
